This three-hour exam prep session will review every chapter of the ACE Personal Trainer Manual, specifically pointing out which figures, charts, and topics will be on the exam and review any topics requested. This workshop is specifically based on the 6th edition of the ACE manual.

This is the perfect exam prep session for those taking their exam within the next month or two or who just want a comprehensive review session. We will also discuss proven methods for studying and taking the exam and if time, break down common exam questions.

Saturday, April 3rd @ 10am –1pm EST, $45 registration fee (only $15/hour)
