NASM CPT 8 Week Course

NASM CPT 8-Week Exam Prep Course

We will go chapter by chapter through the entire NASM manual highlighting all the major concepts and EXACTLY what you need to know for the exam.

We will go page-by-page, chapter-by-chapter through the whole manual explaining concepts, highlighting the key points, and reviewing exactly what is on the exam from each chapter. The goal is for you to have a better understanding of the content in each chapter so instead of just ‘reading and memorizing’, you are understanding and applying.

We will meet live on Zoom every Wednesday at 7 pm EST (each Zoom session lasts about 90 minutes) with weekly readings and check-ins to keep you on track and hold you accountable. You will also have full access to send any and all study questions and priority access to the weekly public exam study sessions. This course is designed so you never feel overwhelmed or ‘stuck’ and will hold you accountable with weekly readings in the manual.

Registration is limited to keep the group small and allow for questions and personal attention.
